Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, with a nice porch offering a cool view of rooftops. However, some slight improvements and TLC could make them even better. The room's quirky layout and the small window overlooking the courtyard were a bit inconvenient as it prevented us from opening it when guests were in the courtyard.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, although a bit small and noisy in the morning due to seagull sounds, were cozy with incredibly comfy pillows and beds. Just be prepared to carry your stuff upstairs to the bedroom. The location was perfect for exploring Porto in the winter, close to the train station and surrounded by picturesque views. While the dining options were somewhat limited, the freshly made pancakes and orange juice were delightful. The staff was very welcoming and always ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms were beautiful with a wonderful balcony out onto Rua das Flores, providing a great view of the area. However, there was a minor issue with practically no ventilation in our own rooms. The service was exceptional and catered to all our needs. The location puts you right in the heart of Porto, steps away from the Sao Bento Train Station and within easy distance from shops and restaurants.
